The SSA Programmes

The SSA Youth Programme outlines the learning opportunities for Young People to benefit and achieve the purpose of Scouting – Creating a Better world. It aims to make Scouting relevant and attractive to youths. The Scout Method provides an informal education to develop Young People for purposeful and responsible adulthood, always prepared to take on the challenges of the 21st Century.

The SSA Youth Programme takes reference and integrates important ideas from the World Scout Youth Programme Policy, World Scout Youth Involvement Policy and the MOE 21CC Framework. This is to create and design considerations for the Revised Progress Badge Schemes and explains “why we do what we do, and how we do it.”
