Cub Scout Leader, Assistant Scout Leader, Venture Scout Leader, Group Scout Leader, and more – there are many roles for adults in Scouting. All roles are voluntary and may be fitted to suit the time the adult has to give.
With the support of MCYS, SSA in 2008 started welcoming seniors aged 50 and above, known as ‘Seniors-in-Scouting’ (SIS). SIS promotes life-long learning & active ageing, and intergenerational bonding & family togetherness with younger Scouts.
