How Scouting is organised
Beyond the National Headquarters level, Scout Groups are administered through geographical Areas: North, South, East and West. Each Area is led by an Assistant Chief Commissioner (Area) and supported by a team of Commissioners including an Assistant Area Commissioner.
Areas are in turn subdivided into Districts, each managed by a District Commissioner:
